Shipping policy

MooMenn is a multi-brand marketplace. Delivery choices and charges depend on the items, fulfilment partners and destination. Review your basket's options and full total at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Items from different brands may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery times vary by item and address; check the product page and checkout for available information. Need an item by a particular date? Contact MooMenn before ordering with its name and postcode.

Import taxes and duties

Cross-border deliveries may incur import taxes, duties or carrier clearance fees. Unless checkout expressly confirms they are included for your order, the carrier or customs authority may request payment before delivery. If unsure, contact us before paying.

Tracking and help

Use tracking in your dispatch message or account when available. See Shipping & Delivery for delivery help, or contact MooMenn about an item or order.
