More than a multivitamin

Alongside the vitamins and minerals, each capsule also includes:

• Live cultures — a blend of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis, providing 1 billion CFU per capsule.
• Seagreens® — a branded wild seaweed ingredient, here the brown seaweed Fucus vesiculosus (bladderwrack).
• Psyllium husk and sugar beet fibre — plant fibres; the sugar beet fibre provides oligofructans (FOS).
• Alfalfa — a leafy legume herb, used here as a powdered whole herb.
• Iron as ferrous glycinate and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 — the specific forms used, named on the label.

How to take it: Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times per day, preferably with a meal. For men, one capsule a day is ideal — it already provides 50% of your daily iron.
