Built on konjac fibre

• Glucomannan — a soluble fibre from the root of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac).
• African mango — a seed extract of Irvingia gabonensis, a West African tree.
• Green tea and guarana — Camellia sinensis leaf extract and Paullinia cupana seed extract, alongside added caffeine.
• Raspberry and bitter orange — raspberry fruit extract (Rubus idaeus) and whole bitter orange fruit (Citrus aurantium).
• Also included — Siberian ginseng, cayenne pepper, L-tyrosine, black pepper extract (piperine) and kelp, with chromium, iodine, zinc, choline and vitamin B6.

How to take it: Take 2 capsules, 2 or 3 times per day with water. For the glucomannan effect, take 2 capsules three times a day before meals, each with 1–2 glasses of water. Contains caffeine (50mg per 2-capsule serving) — not recommended for children or pregnant women. Warning: there is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties and when taken with inadequate fluid intake — drink plenty of water with this product to make sure it reaches the stomach.
